Cupping and Flossing Course

This course is an introduction to fascial treatment with silicon cupping sets and floss bands. The course is open to all sports/massage therapists, personal/fitness trainers and yoga/pilates instructors.

Course Outline:

• What is fascia an why should we be interested in it?
• Introduction to Cupping tools and floss bands
• Learn the latest research on fascia, and the benefits, indications and contraindications of cupping and flossing
• Demonstration and hands on practice
• Expand knowledge of Nerve decompression, flossing, and proprioception
